Coagulation Management

INTRODUCTION

To empower care providers to treat and cure the anticoagulation patients, Portavita serves the anticoagulation module. The underlying idea and intent behind treating anticoagulation patients are to keep the INR (Internationalized Normalized Ratio) within the safety range. The INR level can be changed and moderated by consuming anticoagulation tablets. The standard amount of these tablets verifies the INR value. This value can be controlled by measuring the INR value time-to-time. Thereby, additional parameters can also influence the value of INR. For instance, another medicine consumed by the patient can reduce or amplify the value of the INR. Also, this information must be re-established at each INR analysis.
